Refund Policy

At Bliss Nails, each press-on nail set is handmade and made to order. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the situation.

Our refund policy covers:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

  • Lost packages confirmed by the shipping carrier

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at our discretion depending on the situation. Bliss Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer, normal wear and tear, application issues, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Please ensure all shipping information and nail sizing details are entered correctly before placing your order.
